The second Digital Day of the year occurred last Friday, December 6th, in Minsk.
The July event was so bright and useful that the organizers decided to hold it again. They made the decision—and they were right.
Digital Day, held at the now-familiar Prime Hall venue, brought together 14 speakers, 20 experts, and more than 400 participants who came to learn about the latest trends in the world of digital marketing.
What Was the Event About?
This time, the following topics were discussed:
- Benefits of having your website for business
- Monetization of views and subscribers
- Efficient use of Telegram for businesses and bloggers
- Marketing and SMM without a budget
- How to choose an advertising format
- Using AI for global audience reach
- Multichannel strategies in corporate SMM
- Legal aspects of the interaction between businesses and bloggers
- Creating a successful YouTube channel from scratch
From my point of view, learning more about marketing is vital for every startup. Creating a good product is relatively easy, but it’s much harder to ensure people start using it.
Sequoia as a Partner
Sequoia took part in the event and showcased our product in the partner area. Like last time, we had a booth, a roll-up, and our branded Sequoia neon sign. By the way, thanks to the sign, our booth could rightfully be called the brightest at the event.
As usual, we introduced Sequoia to the participants and promoted the topic of men’s health. It’s pleasing to note that this time, many more people visited the booth—both men and women. This means that attitudes towards men's health are gradually changing.
What Were the Results?
From time to time, I’m asked, “What do you get out of these conferences?” At first, this question puzzled me because I didn’t see any immediate results. I even started questioning myself: “Do I really need to participate in these conferences? Maybe it’s better to invest resources in something else?”
Later, I realized that results often appear only after some time. Sometimes, you need to attend several times to be noticed and engage in multiple conversations before people take you seriously. That’s why we strive to be present wherever possible and ensure that, wherever we go, everyone knows about us.
Conclusion
You never know where you’ll meet someone who can give you the right advice or introduce you to the right people. You can only increase your chances of meeting them. Sometimes, this takes time. Only cats are born quickly, but a startup is a marathon.
See you!
