Male Orgasm

Several systems in the body, including hormones, blood vessels, and nerves, work together to achieve sexual climax. Strong muscular contractions propel the fluid containing sperm outwards. The ejaculate moves through the urethra and exits the penis during orgasm.

Kinds of Male Orgasm

Male ejaculation and orgasm come in various forms. Semen can shoot out or dribble during orgasms. People tend to think of ejaculation and orgasm as the same thing, but they're two distinct things.

When a man ejaculates, the sensation of orgasm involves intense pelvic tension and a feeling of excitement and relief. Ejaculation is the process of releasing semen from the penis. Orgasm and ejaculation frequently occur simultaneously; however, they are two distinct events that do not necessarily have to occur simultaneously.

An ejaculatory orgasm is when pleasure builds up and semen shoots or dribbles from the penis. Semen is not a prerequisite for orgasm. It is important to note that not all individuals exhibit orgasm, and even those who do exhibit it may not do so consistently. This is also referred to as a dry orgasmic.

Dry orgasms are generally harmless and just as pleasurable as ejaculatory orgasms if you and your partner are not trying to conceive. In this case, it is advisable to consult a doctor. The ability to experience multiple orgasms within a few minutes or seconds is known as multi-orgasmic. In addition to ejaculation, you will experience the physiological and emotional reactions of an orgasm. A study published in the Sexual Medicine Review found that about 10% of men under the age of 20 and less than 7% of men over the age of 30 are multi-orgasmic.

What Men Feel During an Orgasm

If a man has low testosterone levels or is depressed, his body may not respond to sexual stimuli and he may not experience orgasm. The duration of male orgasms typically ranges from five to twenty seconds.
