Today, September 4th, is World Sexual Health Day! It's a great opportunity to talk about men's sexual health, a topic that often remains in the shadows.
Men are still hesitant to take care of their sexual health and seek medical help in a timely manner. They are even embarrassed to admit it. During consultations, men are willing to talk about anything except what really bothers them.
Did you know that more than 50% of men aged 40 to 70 experience erectile dysfunction? Yet, only two out of ten men seek help.
Men's sexual health is not just about erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation! It encompasses a whole range of issues and conditions that affect physical and emotional well-being, as well as relationships.
I would like to offer some recommendations on how to maintain men's sexual health:
- Practice safe sex to avoid STIs and unwanted pregnancies.
- Quit smoking, and you will notice a 30% improvement in erection within the first week.
- Take care of your mental health. When you have a headache, you take ibuprofen, so why turn to alcohol when your soul aches? Consult psychologists and psychotherapists to avoid self-destruction.
- Seek help from specialists in a TIMELY manner. Early detection and treatment can prevent complications.
I want to remind you that we are committed to promoting men's sexual health and preventing various diseases.
