Today, we are glad to introduce Sequoia v1.4.8 - a long-awaited and special version, just like all the ones before. 🥳
In the current sprint, we focused on optimization:
- We updated the tracker’s symptom display. Now, only the first 4 symptoms are shown for each category, with an option to expand the list by tapping on breadcrumbs. This makes the overall tracker list much shorter. The full list of symptoms in that category is displayed when the breadcrumbs are tapped.🌱 We added a search field to the tracker. The search works for both symptoms and category names. To enhance your user experience, matches are highlighted in our brand green color. The search functionality is essential with +80 symptoms in the tracker and when the list constantly growing.
- For steps and weight, we directly added a progress display for the last 7 days in the tracker. For steps, it’s a chart, and for weight - it's a graph. Tapping on the chart or graph takes you to the statistics, where you can see data for the entire period of data entry.
- We’ve also worked on improving the experience for users who decide to cancel their subscriptions. After canceling, when they re-enter the app, a screen appears with the question: “We noticed that you canceled your subscription. Could you tell us why?” with three possible answers: “I don’t like the plans,” “The price is too high,” and “Other reasons.” This way, we hope to reduce the churn rate and gain insights into how we can improve Sequoia.
- We added Spanish localization. It’s simple: Spanish is the second most popular language in the world. If we want to expand to new markets (and we do), we must have it in the app.
There’s one more feature we’re excited about, but we’ll share the details once we’ve signed all the necessary papers.
So stay tuned, monitor your health, update Sequoia to the latest version, test the new features, and share your thoughts with us.
We’ll be happy to receive your feedback.
